The Individual can hire their own employees as they see fit.  This also mean that the individual can employ a family member.  Consumer Directed Services also allows the employee to take the individual into the community for task like grocery shopping.  Family Matters Home Services, LLC takes on the responsibility of paying the employee and submitting the payroll taxes on behalf of the individual being serviced.  Some of the services that an employee can provide are:<\/p>\n<p>Meal Preparation<br \/>\nLight Housekeeping<br \/>\nGrocery Shopping<br \/>\nBathing and Grooming<br \/>\nTransportation to and from community activities, shopping, etc.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel that you or a  loved one would benefit from this service, please give us a call.
