Consumer Directed Services
Consumer Directed Services is similar to In-Home in the fact that same services are preformed to keep an individual in their own home, the difference is that the individual takes on the role as the employer. The Individual can hire their own employees as they see fit. This also mean that the individual can employ a family member. Consumer Directed Services also allows the employee to take the individual into the community for task like grocery shopping. Family Matters Home Services, LLC takes on the responsibility of paying the employee and submitting the payroll taxes on behalf of the individual being serviced. Some of the services that an employee can provide are:
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Grocery Shopping
Bathing and Grooming
Transportation to and from community activities, shopping, etc.
